Several weeks ago, I watched a German video, named “The Story of the Weeping Camel”. The film told a very interesting story, which happened in the desert of South Mongol.
After a difficult birth of a white camel, the mother camel refused to feed the colt. All the methods failed to “convince” the mother to communicate with his son. At last, they invited a musician to "对骆驮弹琴". The hostess also sang to the camel. At the end, miracle happened. After shedding some tears, the mother camel changed and began to feed his son.
I am very interested in this kind of story. Can you, by any chance, give me some more information regarding this ritual and its background?
